Fission Studios – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to secure your project date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, either before or immediately after the final images/videos are made available for viewing.
If a deposit is not received on time, Fission Studios may, at its sole discretion, pre-finance the shoot. However, no editing or post-production will begin until the deposit is paid. Editing timelines in such cases will be determined by Fission Studios.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, cheque, or cash. Payment details are provided on all invoices and quotes.

The photographer/videographer will arrive on time and remain available for the agreed duration.
If the client arrives late, the session will not be extended, and shooting/filming time will be reduced accordingly.
If Fission Studios arrives late due to unforeseen circumstances, time will be made up either by extending the session/project or, if critical, refunding the deposit.

Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
If Fission Studios is unavailable for the new date, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking must be made.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the shoot may incur an additional fee.
All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Photography: Each session is scheduled for the agreed duration. Additional time may be subject to extra charges.
Videography: Each project is scheduled for the agreed duration. Additional time may be subject to extra charges.

Photography: All images will be professionally edited, including color correction, lighting adjustments, and retouching as required.
Videography: All videos will be edited to a professional standard, including color correction, audio balancing, and graphics adjustments as required.

Clients are entitled to up to three (3) rounds of revisions on edited content.
Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will be charged at ₵500 per revision.

Final content will only be downloadable once all outstanding payments are fulfilled.
If payment is pending, the content may be viewable in watermarked/preview form but not downloadable until full payment is made.

Timelines:

Photography:
- Proof gallery delivered within 3–5 business days after the shoot.
- Final edited images delivered within 5–7 business days after revisions.
Videography:
- Draft video delivered within 3–5 business days after filming.
- Final video delivered within 3–5 business days after revisions.

Requests for extra edits, versions, or formats outside the agreed deliverables may incur additional charges

Fission Studios retains the copyright to all images/footage and may use them for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted personal or commercial usage rights based on agreed terms. Unauthorized alterations, resales, or redistribution are not permitted.
Exclusive ownership and full rights may be purchased at an additional fee.

Fission Studios is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during the shoot.
In the rare case of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to either a refund of payments made or a rescheduled shoot at no extra cost.

Clients must ensure the chosen location is prepared and suitable for photography/videography.
Clients are responsible for securing any required permits, permissions, or location access. Disruptions caused by failure to secure these will not be the responsibility of Fission Studios.

By making any payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions
